You must be willing to workout with weights 3-4 times per week

While bodyweight training is fantastic for people who are just getting started, it’s not what I personally do.

I believe in lifting heavy weights, multiple times per week. It’s the most powerful method of exercise, which is why I insist all of my clients are in the gym.

It’s fine if you have a home gym. So long as you have access to a barbell or dumbells, I’ll ensure you get mind-blowing results.

You must have the self-discipline and organization to stick to your nutrition plan 80% of the time.

One of the most important parts of the program is that you’re still able to eat all of your favorite foods: ice cream, pizza, cake, pasta, potatoes, chocolate and alcohol.

When you’re using the Shred IQ method, you’ll have some space for tasty treats and all your favorite foods in moderation.

HOWEVER, this ONLY works if you stick to your diet the other 80% of the time.

You just need to stick to your diet 80% of the time….

We’re going to focus on burning 4-6 pounds of fat per month, or building 2-4 pounds of body weight per month.

It sounds a little slow, but after 6 months, that’s 24-36 pounds of fat-loss or 12-24 pounds of rock-hard muscle on your frame.

That’s an ENORMOUS transformation. And because you did it slowly, those results will last. Sometimes, forever!
